Junko has inspired most of what we'll eat at Manatsu. From her home in Blackrock Junko teaches classic Japanese cooking. From miso making to authentic Japanese sweet treats.

-Hunt & Gather

We've worked closely with Dee and Sinead for the last year or so. They've made everywhere we've served warm, welcoming and pretty weird sometimes. They bring a unique feel and experience to every event.

-Making Space

Run by Orlaith, Making Space curates unique events around the city through collaborations with artists, businesses and innovators.

-Jette Virdi

Jette is food stylist of the highest calibure. We've had Jette along to our previous events to give a hand. She has a keen eye for making food look great to the eye, we are excited to see what she does with Junko's and Robin's dishes.
